Al Bashir: Active Civil Service is the Safety Valve of the State Performance

Khartoum - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omar Al Bashir handed over, yesterday, certificates of housing for workers at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers within the workers housing project carried out by the General Secretariat of the Council, which contains (226) houses, in the presence of the Cabinet Minister, Ahmed Saad Omar, and the State minister, Dr. Mohamed Al-Mukhtar Hassan.
