Stay Healthy in the Winter Season

Moving on from autumn season to winter many changes will happen, Sudan is characterized by its dry winter season

, so some diseases like flu, colds and sore throat, fevers, or any scary winter germs may appear with the first touch of the winter cold dry winds striking most parts of Sudan with exception of the Red sea state which is rainy during this season. 
Many people feel tired and sluggish during winter. In some cases this due to the lack of sunlight which disrupts our sleep and making cycle’s .Sometimes we use the cold dry winter months as an excuse to stay in and lounge a round. Winter is a time for daily exercises and energizing ourselves. We need to get out with the whole family .Such exercising will make us warm, helps to control our weights, boost the immune system.
Some of us prefer to exert less effort in winter, they feel tired and lazy. It may be cold outside, but winter needn’t be the unhealthiest time of year for all people. It is important to know how to keep our home and our families warm and healthy over the winter season.
This climate change affects on the public health of many people in direct relation with rapid changes. So we need to adapt to changes, taking into consideration the types of foods we have concentrated on the healthy ones. Health is a top priority, but spent a lot of money in medicines and treatment. When are giving more attention to the health, we reduce visiting to doctors, clinics and medical centers or hospitals.
Winter is not a season of diseases or unemployment, but a season of production. We can do lots during it. Eat vegetables and fruits plus healthy food.
