Health Minister, South African Ambassador Discuss Health Cooperation
Khartoum - Federal Minister of Health Bahar Idriss Abu Garda and the South African Ambassador to Sudan Graham Mitland discussed in former's office the issues of developing and reinforcing health cooperating between Sudan and South Africa in the fields of Preventive Medicine, combating epidemics, training Sudanese assistant health cadres in South Africa, exchanging experts, and activating the health protocol signed between the two countries in 2007.
The meeting also discussed the ongoing arrangements for holding the regional conference of civil registry next September.
The ambassador on his part confirmed the strength of relations between the two countries in all fields and renewed his commitment to support these relations and reinforce health cooperation systems to meet Sudan's need for developing health work between the two countries.
