Native Administration in East Kordofan; Rebellion must be Stopped

Kadugli - Native Administration Peaceful Co-existence Conference of the east section of South Kordofan State stressed the importance of eradicating the activities of the rebellion in Kajakaja, Rashad, and Abu Alhassan Mountains areas. They also stressed the importance of peaceful co-existence in the area and the importance of vivifying the old alliance between the tribes there.
Folk leaders of the tribes with combatants in SPLM pledged to contact their own tribesmen to convince them to join the peace process and take part in the development of the section.
The participants in the conference declared their readiness to answer the call of Jihad whenever it comes to liberate the area from the filth of the rebellion.
The conference called for strengthening the Folk Administration through training its cadres to enable them to properly execute their duties.
Head of the Reconciliation and peaceful co-existence mechanism in the state and head of the conference said to (Sudan Vision) that the conference confirmed the importance of the role the localities must play in strengthening social peace; adding that the conference formed a mechanism that contains a number of tribes leaders to resolve the little disputes that may arise and to work to avoid them in the future.
The conference discussed a number of very important issues. It also spoke of the history of the Islamic kingdom of Tagali which was a great example for peaceful co-existence in the area. The conference also discussed the role of Folk Administration in reinforcing the pillars of peaceful co-existence in the area; especially after the secession of South Sudan which a number of the section's localities are neighbors to.
Tribal Chiefs, mayors, Folk Administration leaders, and community leaders from the localities of Abu Gibeiha, Rashad, Alabasiya, Altadamon, Talodi, Alleiri, and Gideir took part in the conference.
