High Committee for Flood: Water Levels approaching flood stage

Khartoum - The High Committee for Flood has revealed that the water levels along the Blue Nile stream, the Nile and Atbara River are approaching the flood stage.
THE Committee which met, Tuesday, at the Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity reviewed reports on water situation at the main water stations pointing out that the water levels at all sources are approaching the state of flood, adding that the water levels at Khashm Al-Quirba Dam, Atbara and Merowe Dam are currently witnessing remarkable increase .
