19th NCP Youth Secretaries Forum Activities kicked off in El Fashir

El Fashir: Governor of North Darfur state Osman Mohammed Yousif Kibir confirmed his government's commitment to extend the participation of youth in all executive governance levels along with committing to implementing all the new economic measures adopted by the federal government.
He emphasized the pioneering role undertaken by the Youth in all fields.
Addressing the Thirteenth NCP Youth Secretaries Forum organized by the Federal NCP Youth Secretariat in El Fashir yesterday Friday he said the government counts immensely on the youth to steer the rudder of governance in the country to achieve a comprehensive development renaissance and to achieve security and peace.
He pointed out the forum comes at a time when the government has adopted a package of economic measures mandated by the current circumstances the country is going through.
He called upon the forum to issue recommendations and constructive suggestions that serve the issues of youth in Darfur and Sudan. He urged the youth to embrace a role unity and to have patience, strength, persistence to reach the prospective goals.
Federal Secretary of Youth Abd Almonim Alsuni stressed the importance of functioning according to specific standards that ensure building the youth sector upon a foundation of real institutionalism, committing to the consultation methodology, and including all NCP youth in the organizational structures and activities of the party as well as paying enough attention to training, rehabilitation, and proper coordination with all entities.
He said the forum aims at assessing and evaluating performance of secretariats on the states levels and extracting decisions and recommendations to be applied by the secretariats all over Sudan; especially in what relates to micro finance, youth settlement projects, graduates employment fund to present services to all youth and transform mosques into comprehensive mosques. He revealed that choosing North Darfur state to hold the forum comes as a result of its being distinguished in many fields and having realized a lot of the principles and emblems of the General Federal Secretariat. He commended the government of the state for taking interest in youth issues.
