NCP: Political Forces to Participate in Dialogue with SPLM-N
Khartoum – Sudan's ruling National Congress Party (NCP) has said its agreement to negotiate with the SPLM-N is based on the UNSC resolution 2046 with provides for the conduct of dialogue with South Sudan which hampered the implementation of several protocols concerning South Kordofan, Blue Nile and Popular Consultations.
NCP spokesperson Badreldine Ahmed Ibrahim told SMC that his party agreed to conduct wide dialogue with the SPLM-N and all the political forces would be involved particularly the political parties based in the Blue Nile and South Kordofan States as well as community and native administration leaders.
He said the NCP would listen to views of the residents of the two regions to identify political and security obstacles to ensure continued negotiations.
