Police Forces Directed to Deal Decisively with Rioters

Khartoum -Director General of Police, Lieutenant General Hashim Osman Al-Hussein chaired the Police Administration meeting.
Police Spokesman, Major General Al-Sir Ahmed said, in exclusive statement to (smc), that the meeting discussed the effects that resulted from the limited demonstrations staged by groups of citizens in different areas in Khartoum State.
He said the meeting acquainted on security plans and preventive measures to halt any sabotage or attempt to provoke riots that would create confusion or damage to public and private property.
The Spokesman confirmed that directives were issued from the Director-General of Police to deal with riots as stipulated by the law and dealing decisively with groups that target property and block roads, in accordance with the law, calling on citizens and localities committees to cooperate with the police to enforce the law and securing the homeland and its citizens.
