Taha to Inaugurate Development Projects in Sinnar State
Khartoum - Minister of Culture and Information of Sennar State, Butheina Khalifa said the forthcoming visit to the state by the First Vice President of the Republic, Ali Osman Mohamed Taha coincides the current important security and political situations in the country.
The Minister addressing the Preparatory Committee for the visit, Monday, referred to the current economic situation in the state after it became border state following the secession of South Sudan in July 2011.
The Minister called for mobilization of the citizens to receive Taha who will inaugurate a number of development projects in the state in the context of the comprehensive information coverage which includes the smc, Sudan TV and the National Radio, indicating the important role of the Sudan News Agency (SUNA) in this connection.
