SMS: Repeating the Same Mistake

The regime in Juba claimed that Heglig area belongs to ROSS! Threatening to occupy it and the regime did it for ten days only before SAF forcibly drove SPLA and the mercenaries out of it.
The occupation of Heglig by SPLA faced with wide condemnation by the entire world except one capital of a state that occupies Palestinian lands for more than (64) years! Even some important allies of ROSS condemned the Juba step.
These days Juba is repeating the same fault on Abyei area; it claims that it belongs to ROSS. Luka Biong threatened that his government will occupy it sooner. Biong's threat comes shortly after Juba declared that it will withdraw its troops out of the area in compliance to the UNSC resolution (2046).
This contradicted behavior by Juba has made fun of ROSS as the first state in the world to seek to do the thing and it is contrary at the same time!
The above mentioned couple strategic mistakes committed by Juba showed it as a premature government.
The rulers in Juba seem to be suffering of Paranoia , they overestimate their modest capabilities , the wrongly think that they could easily win a war of attrition against Sudan , they think that they could take revenge on bitter defeats at the hands of SAF in the years of war before signing the CPA in the year 2005.
SPLM leaders forget the fact that there is a vast gap between Juba and Khartoum in different faces and it is impossible to the regime in Juba to fill this gap. Heglig battle was a fresh obvious example proves this fact. The SPLM's leaders seem as if they were pupils in school in grade (1), who try to resolve complicated questions of arithmetic, which is beyond their small mental capabilities.
