As I see it :An Analysis and Critique of US Journalists Nicholas Kristof, Faith McDonnell Rob Schwarzwalder Illegal Visit to the Nuba Mountains (6)
As I see it, it is no surprised that the US journalists and the US lawmakers, these days could illegally enter into Sudan free at will and without any authorization from the immigration authorities for formal documentations, issued of entry permits and Entry Visas as required by law, but decided to bulldoze their illegal entry into the Republic of Sudan through the back alley or the back door of the failed Apartheid banana republic of South Sudan. The visits were, nonetheless, intended for the search of culture of peace and security, but astutely and purposely for a different hidden agenda to destabilize the African nation of Sudan. The Western world is not yet satisfied with the partitioned of the country in 2011.
The South Sudan rebel forces have infiltrated the SPLA and GOSS commands system like maggots devouring dead caucuses. The statement made by the US Foreign Policy Magazine more than two years ago that the war would be transferred from Darfur to Southern Kordufan and Southern Blue Nile has come to fruity. Whose agenda is it? On February 28, 2012, Faith J.M. McDonnell wrote that “For almost a year now the Islamist Government of Sudan regime in Khartoum has been conducting and Extermination campaign against black African Nuba’s Mountains people of South Kordufan. Aerial bombardments, house to house searches and executions and evidence of mass graves are indicators of thousands, if not tens of thousands, who have already been killed since Jihad began on June 5, 2011”. First of all, the current government in Sudan is no Islamist Government at all because it was democratically elected as a government of the people, by the people and for the people through the democratic process that was observed and recognized by the international election observers in 2010. They were satisfied with the outcome of the first national democratic election in a quarter of century in the country. Secondly, the Government of Sudan compared to any other governments in the world has not deliberately and willfully organized an extermination campaign or the “final solution” against the Nuba Mountains folks. On the contrary, instead of falsely blaming the government of Sudan of organizing an extermination campaign against the Nuba people, it is now high time that the SPLM led weak and corrupt of the third kind in the world that has now declared war of attrition, genocide and extermination campaign against the Lou Nuer the largest majority in the Jonglei State and the Murle (minority) nationalities in the Jonglei State under the pretext of the UN Disarmament, Demobilization and Rehabilitation (DDR) program.
We have discovered the source of the Lou Nuer-Murle fighting. It has been orchestrated by the notorious so-called Governor Kuol Mayang Juuk, Dr. Majak Aggot, Brig-General Philip Aguer, General Peter Bol Koang, General Bior (Aswot or Black) Ajang, Thomas Douth Guet and his gangsters and their big guns Salvatore Kiir the then minister of death in the SPLM/A and the then Deputy to the late John Garang. In addition, it has been reported by credible sources within the GOSS and Bil Pham-II that the mysterious cause of death of more than 380 soldiers of the jailed Major-General-Gabriel Tang in Maple Bahr-el-Ghazal was a deliberate and will food poisoning. We would like the probable cause of death to be known and the only way to do this would be exhume all the dead soldiers by Independent Commission of Inquiry from a neutral country otherwise failure on the GOSS to undertake this responsibility now it could produce serious consequences. The individuals identified to have done this criminal have been Majak Aggot, Deputy Minister who is actually the Minister of Defense because every non-Dinka minister in the cabinet, including the VP are silhouettes, Brig-General Phillip Aguer known for his anti non-Dinka sentiments and the notorious killed and murderer the so-called Governor Kuol Manyang Juuk and on top of them none other Salvatore Kiir Mayardit. The current failed apartheid and Dinka Bantustan system has designed a policy to genocide the Nuer majority in the South by any means necessary because the Dinka are suffering the Nuero-phobia (the fear of the Nuer) like many Westerners are suffering from Islamo-Phibia (the fear of Islam). Salvatore Kiir should tell the world the probable caused of death of the soldiers in Maple and the disappearances of many of them.
We will not rest until we know the truth and the truth as a bitter sweet pill it is, will make Salvatore Kiir the man with no brain except his gallon hat given him by the US President George Bush on his range Texas, USA, during his last visit to America. As for Majak Aggot, the death of Young Paul is still haunting and Kuol Mayang Juuk would also be held accountable for the murder of the following SPLM/SPLA officers from the Nuer nationality on 21/71992 (1) Captain James Diu Wang, (2) Captain Koang Both; (3) Captain Bok Chol; (4) Captain Bol Jokleu, (5) Captain Donag Jier Kaujeau ; and (6) 1Lt Kam Garkek. These officers were collected without any probable cause per orders of Kuol Manyang from Ikotos. They were put on a car and driven to the direction of Torit via Imatong hills following the old road. Somewhere in the middle, Kuol Manyang gave orders for them to be pulled out of the, chained and fire-squad. The six 96) murdered officers committed no crime and no charges against them. With all due respect, their only crime was that they were all of Nuer nationality that he Kuol Manyang called them Nyagats (dissidents or robbers). It was known by many that the late John Garang had failed to discipline Kuol Manyang on the murder of the six officers. Could Kuol Manyang get away with this crime and many others? Phillip Aguer was known the crimes the he had committed against the Murle people in Bouma Hills and rustled many of the Murle cattle and drove them to Bor. The trios could not get away with such crimes and many others they had committed. They can run away from the law but they cannot hide.
They would be indicted and brought to justice even in their graves they would be exhuming them to stand trials. This is justice and justice must and ought to be done. Nevertheless, they would be soon caught and face the same fate that did unto others. They shall reap what they sow and the measures that they gave would be the same measures that they would get. This is the law and this is the true adjudication of justice. They should know that they dead men walking. Furthermore, the trios are also involved in the recent Murle Nuer fighting. They supplied weapons with due knowledge and approval of Salva Kiir Mayardit to arm a joint SPLA-Murle-Dinka Bor to go to attack the Nuer in Uror County last year. In that incident more than 900 people mostly women, children, and elderly died, over 800 plus wounded and more than 280 children abducted or kidnapped. This was the rage of the Nuer against the Nuer and this would also extend to Dinka Bor whether they like it or not they would pay for it. The Nuer nation has the capacity to take the fighting into Bahr-el-Ghazal because the orders to kill the Nuers come down from Salvatore Kiir Mayardit from Warap and Juba. The Nuer will avenge these crimes against humanity and no matter the cost and we will prevail. If the Dinka power elite think that the Nuer is cheap, we would tell them that any death of one Nuer is equal to the death of ten or more Dinka tribesmen. It is indeed that the US and Norway gave the power to savages and uncivilized folks in Juba. This will haunt the US and Norway for years to come because there would be no peace in South Sudan as long as the failed Dinka leaders remained behind the wheels. We would have to change by hooks and crooks and they do know this fact. Nonetheless, the conspiracy inflicted against the Murle and the Nuer nationality by the Dinka Bor, their actions would not go for free, but they would be revenged one way or the other.
We have the capacity to unite the Nuer and the Murle and we would settle their cattle rustling problems peacefully and through their traditional mechanisms of settling disputes. They would united to take what happened to the it source in Bor wherefore the Beer was brew and gave it to the Murle to drink it and then ordered to attack the Nuers after they got drunk on the one hand and the same beer brew in Bor was also given to the Nuer to drink it and after they got drunk to go and attack the Murle on the other. This has been yo-yo game or the policy of divide and conquers and rule by Kuol Manyang and his protégés in Bor town. We would soon smash that policy for good and Kuol Manyang and his gangsters would soon become perpetual refugees. These individuals, without the shadow of a doubt, they would be reported to the ICC to be indicted for the crime of genocide or the crime without a name as accomplices for the ongoing inter-tribal warfare in pursuit of their own personal interests and to maintain power and control of the majority in Jonglei State. Furthermore, GoS has engaged tactics similar to the US in Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Yemen and Libya in fighting insurgency, but never ever on the extermination campaign or crusade against the Nuba Mountains people. Thirdly, Faith McDonnell reported about mass graves of people who have been killed since Jihad began on June 5, 2011, has been inaccurate and inappropriate if not falsehood disinformation. Specifically, all the allegations of extermination campaign, evidence of mass graves and Jihad advanced by Faith McDonnell were all outrageous and lack substantive evidence to prove such allegations before any court of law or in any international tribunal. They were designed as mere propaganda against the Government of Sudan and specifically targeting President Al-Bashir personally. They were all falsehoods, cheap shot propaganda and no credence attached to mobilize the world and the Western world in particular, under the umbrella of the United States against the African nation of Sudan that the Western industrialized countries have been determined to split it into many pieces and then declared it as a failed State in Africa like Somalia in the Horn of Africa. The CPA was a superimposed document in which the international community almost gave up or what Helda Johnson called “dropped the ball” during the interim period. There were logical, historical and political scenarios as follows: firstly, the international community and all the players’ failed to take into account appropriate comprehensive approach to the country chronic and prolonged conflicts and historically dishonored peace processes.

Secondly, there was no high level established leadership in monitoring implementation of the CPA that should hold the parties accountable and there was at the same time low level pressure points for key decision-making that would have made Unity Attractive mode as the most tenable reasonable alternative between the Northerners and Southerners. Thirdly, there were no engagements at the lower levels but there were no drives from the top. In other words, there was no top down bottom up or horizontal flexible administrative and communication linkages between the partners, political parties and other military factions in the South. Therefore, such a political vacuum or void linkage was a flaw in the CPA of 2005 and with no determined skilled driver or motivator to undertake coordinating political communications and linkages with the international community peace building blocks were predestined to fall, collapse and fail in the country. Fourthly, perhaps, one of the biggest flaw that would continue to haunt the CPA was that it was treated as an exclusive property of the signatories-mainly the NCP/SPLM/A private property that no one understands. This was atypical American plan to exclude anyone that was not in partnership with the SPLM/A even though such military and political entities were the primary root engines for over a decade of the revolution prior to the inception of the Marxist-Leninist SPLM/A in May 1983. Should the South revert to war, the Troika- meaning the US and Norway as the premier con-committed peace sponsoring countries would bear full responsibility. Finally, within South Sudan itself, there was so little or no confidence that a united South would be viable due to extremely entrenched tribalism, dishonesty and hostility amongst the Southerners against the Dinka leadership ability and there was vitally no support for Garang’s frame of reference (worldview) discourse on the envisage united Sudan throughout South Sudan and the North as well.
There were both the hawks and doves on either sides or proponents of separation and unity on both sides of the warring camps. This was one of the most political disadvantaged that the SPLM/A had failed to unite Southerners under one umbrella. For the Dinka the CPA was perceived as their own personal achievement that no Southerners’ understand, paid the ultimate prices and the human sacrifices in the war for the motherland that we all fought and died for decades. Specifically, this statement is based on the current reflection and the formation of the Dinka apartheid tribal government rather South Sudan government in Juba that the Dinka Bor still believes that it is their government because of the late John Garang even though he had passed away, they still continue to believe that it is theirs. They should realize that the South is not all Dinka Bora wherefore they proclaimed that they are born to rule and not to be ruled. We shall see into that in the next few months and years. At the ends of the day, they would have to chew and swallow their own words. The Dinka Bor would not lead the South and we would make sure that it does not happen now and forever. Surely, Salva Kiir Mayardit would be the last Dinka President and the Nuers, the Equatorians and the excluded minority groups would unite to take it over to form a democratic representative government vs. Dinka led tribal Bantustan and apartheid system in South Sudan. Nevertheless, the Greater Upper Nile does envisage separating from the South to become a new political culture of its own. There would be compromise on this strategic plan. It is all predominated Dinka or Mongjieng system with emphasis on Bor negatively proud in spirit and the Warap Toich Dinka the poorest of the poorest in the South they perceived that any non-Dinka position holders as non-entity but just a worker or slave (Abid) for them. It should be made clear that today in South Sudan, many non-Dinka people living at peripheral areas to the centre of power in Juba, have often felt and state it loud and clear that South Sudan could not exist as a State and let alone as a unified State, except in name.
