National Anti-Polio Campaign Concludes

Khartoum - The national anti- polio and combating of Vitamin ( A) deficiency campaign, which targeted 6,704,412 children under the age of five years and organized during 16th- 18th of the current month is due to be concluded last Wednesday.
The Director of Expanded Vaccination Program, Dr. Amani Abdul-Moneim, pointed out that the campaign conducted through support from partners of international organizations, national partners and officials in the states.
Meanwhile, the federal Supervisor at East Darfur State Mohamed Al-Hussein Al-Haj; noted that the Minister of Health at the state has assured his state's commitment to support the d efforts to eradicate polio, calling on all political , people's and religion leaders to boost the vaccination program and to make sure of vaccination of all children through the campaign.
