Taha to Inaugurate Green Houses Complexes at East Nile Today

Khartoum   - The First Vice-President of the Republic, Ali Osman Mohamed Taha is due to inaugurate next Saturday the green houses complexes at Eastern of the Nile which comes within Khartoum State's policy to ensure food security and to recruit graduates, whereas the green houses exceeded 1000 and work is underway to reach 2000 green houses.
In a statement to Sudan News Agency (SUNA) the Director General of Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock at Khartoum state, Dr. Taj-Eddin Osman Saeed, pointed out that the green houses dedicated to produce vegetable at the scarcity season and for diversity of crops as cucumber and tomato for the local consumption and beans, strawberry and decoration flowers for export, adding that arrangements are underway by the Ministry of Agriculture to cultivate different crops at these green houses.
