Sudan Participates at Meetings of Arab Parliamentary Union in Kuwait

Kuwait  - The Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Jabir Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, has received the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ahmed Ibrahim Al-Tahir, on the sidelines of the meetings of the Arab Parliamentary Union, who conveyed to Sheikh Jabir the greetings of his brother the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al Bashir.
Meanwhile, in his address to the 18th session of the Arab Parliamentary Union, held in Kuwait, Al-Tahir called for more concern with the unemployment issue and the employment of the youths, pointing to the successful experiments of Sudan in the funding of small-scale projects through loans extended by the Family Bank.
The opening sitting of the conference was addressed by the Emir of Kuwait, in the presence of a big number of the speakers of the Arab parliaments, parliamentarians and observers.
