Turkey Supports Nyala with Communication Systems to Fight Crime

Nyala –Governor of Southern Darfur State, Dr. Abdul Hamid Musa Kasha received a phone call from the Turkish Ambassador to Sudan, announcing the approval of the Turkish government to bring in modern communication systems to the state police and a number of cars equipped with monitoring devices and surveillance cameras to fight crime.

Kasha said the said move comes as an outcome of his visit to the Turkish capital, Ankara, adding that the prospects of cooperation between his state and Ankara including many areas, where the Turkish government has pledged, through its embassy, to implement all of it early next February.

Preceding this will be the official opening of the Turkish hospital, which is the first of its kind in the region that will be opened by the President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir and the Turkish Prime Minister in March.
